Infinix note 11 Pro Review 2023
While Infinix may not have the international dominance of Apple or Samsung, the company still has its fair share of market capitalization in Africa and South Asia. The company has built its own regional customer base with a blend of affordability and functionality. The Infinix Note 11 Pro is a testament to that end. The phone was announced in October, starting shipping in mid-November. This budget device has some special features that are found in most high-end flagships.
What’s in the box?
The packaging of the device is simple. It comes in a green cardboard box typical of every Infinix device. Inside the box, there’s the device and a 33W fast charging brick rated at 5V and 10V at 3A and 3.3A respectively. The box includes a USB Type-A to Type-C cable and a handy screen protector Infinix has also included a clear TPU case which suggests they really put some thought into protection. However, there are no included headphones in the box. This was a surprise as all other models, including the Note 10 Pro, feature a headphone in the box.
Infinix Note 11 Pro Key Features Design and build quality

The design of the device is nothing fancy. Infinix sticks to the same proven design elements with some minor tweaks. The first interesting feature of the phone is its camera module. From a distance it may look like the Inifnix has a large IMX sensor as the primary shooter. But a closer inspection reveals that this is nothing more than a clever design choice. More on the camera at the end of the article.
The rest of the back is pretty standard. Brushed plastic does not feel cheap in hand. It feels almost as solid as a glass back phone. The thick design choice gives the device a unique look from the back. At 209 grams, this phone is on the larger side. However, Infinix has done an amazing job of balancing it so that it feels very comfortable in the hand. The middle frame of the phone is also made of plastic. It has a metal-coated finish that gives it a bit of a premium look.
While the headphone jack still makes the cut, brands are increasingly moving away from it. The headphone jack is located right next to the charging port and a bottom-firing speaker.
The front is expected from a budget phone. Surrounding bezels will become thicker by the 2021 standard. But it’s not a deal breaker. Overall, the design is on par with expectations of a budget device. Durability is a bonus considering the plastic build.
Performance, memory, and camera

The Infinix Note 11 Pro has a MediaTek Helio G96 chipset. The processor is built on a 12nm structure which is equivalent to the Snapdragon 730G. There is a pair of Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.05 GHz. The downside is the GPU which is Mali-G57 MC2. It clocks less processing power than the previous generation G76 MC4.
Infinix Hot 10 Lite Price in Bangladesh
The phone features 128 GB internal storage with 8 GB memory. UFS 2.2 storage is expected from a budget phone. The phone has a triple camera setup with a 64 MP f/1.7 wide-angle, 13 MP f/2.5 telephoto and a 2 MP f/2.4 depth sensor. It can record video up to 1440p at 30fps. A single 16 MP single front shooter is available. It can record videos at 1080p 30fps.
Images come out crisp and clear in bright outdoor environments. However, it tends to struggle in a dimly lit environment and indoors.
Display and connectivity

The 6.95-inch IPS LCD panel is arguably the largest available on any budget phone. The Full HD panel is moderately good but nothing above. The display can push a maximum brightness of 470 nits which is good enough for indoors but it will fall short outdoors. Color contrast is a hit and miss as it shows different contrast at different brightness levels. The display also disappoints on the color front. There is no built-in color calibrator. The wide sRGB gamut is commendable but the phone fails to play properly. A silver lining here is the 120 Hz refresh rate which works surprisingly well in everyday use.
Infinix Hot 10 Specification and Price in Bangladesh
The volume rocker and power button are located on the left side of the device. Infinix power button has a proprietary fingerprint sensor which is very fast and accurate. The power button housing is recessed to facilitate easy access. As for volume, the rockers are also bigger than the previous Note 10 Pro.
On the connectivity end, the phone features Dual LTE on standby. There is Bluetooth 5.0 as well as a dual-band Wi-Fi AC. However, there is no NFC on the device which is a bummer. The phone has a dual SIM option with a dedicated slot for a micro-SD card It’s great to see the inclusion of an SD card slot as storage won’t be too much of a problem for users.
Software and Battery

Infinix Note 11 Pro has XOS skin of Android. The skin is based on Android 11. The UI is smooth enough for general use. This is a surprise considering the additional bloatware OS features. XOS is reminiscent of EMUI and iOS, but includes some useful features that make the OS very interactive and enjoyable to use.
The Infinix Note 11 Pro has a 5,000 mAh battery. The battery performs well all around. Infinix’s Note line is known for its superior battery life and holds up to 11 Pros. In testing, it showed an overall endurance of 128 hours which is quite good considering the low-power processor. Expect to get around 6 to 7 hours of screen on time on average with normal usage.
The fast charging somehow compensates for the high mAh count. It takes about 2 hours to go from zero to 100%.
Infinix Note 11 Pro Price in Bangladesh
Infinix Note 11 Pro is priced at Tk 21,490 in Bangladesh market. Pre-order period is November 16-18. From November 19, this device will be available through various official retailers.
Verdict
Overall, the Infinix Note 11 Pro is a decent device aimed at casual users or those looking for a big screen experience at an affordable price. The phone offers great battery life with a pleasant UI experience The phone is built to last and feels premium in the hand. However, the camera and display may be uncomfortable for many. In conclusion, this is a reasonably good phone considering the budget bracket.
